The times we live in have changed dramatically in a short timespan and the unrestricted access to a training facility can no longer be taken for granted - but running is something you can always do. It’s an activity that your body is made to do. Also, it’s one of the most effective tools for building a better engine.
This program is our 4-week start-up cycle consisting of 2 sessions per week for the first 2 weeks and 3 sessions per week for the last 2 weeks.
If you are not comfortable with running - but determined to get better - this is the place to start.
