CONDITIONING 101 - BODYWEIGHT ONLY

This pure conditioning program consists of 18 sessions in total, programmed in a 6-week setup, amounting to three weekly sessions of varying intensity and duration. In order to be fully recovered for each session, we recommend that you keep the weekly sessions at least 48 hours apart instead of doing them back to back.

 

This program lends itself to be combined with one or more of the many Gymnastics 101 programs.
