Yesterday’s class was one of the best to date. It was a beautiful winter day with an excellent group of participants that raised many good questions during the warm-up, allowing me to delve deeper into the technical aspects of the dumbbell game which I am so passionate about. The warm-up was followed by a great team workout and the class wrapped up with a productive evaluation with the participants high- and low-lighting their individual and team performance.
In teams of two:
100 lateral burpees + 100 hang power clean into push presses + 100 lateral burpees.
You can divide the work as you like, but only one person can work at a time.
Standard Strategy: Do sets of 5 reps in everything emphasizing quick transitions - you can switch to 6-4 if a team member needs support.
Also, by simply cutting the workout in half (50-50-50), you can convert it to an individual workout.
This outdoor training thing is getting bigger and better with every passing week, and I’m excited about where it’s going. If you live in Copenhagen and and would like to take the first step towards being a part of it, you just have to write me, and we’ll take it from there. Believe it or not - it’s 100% free of charge!
If you don’t live in Copenhagen, but are hooked on dumbbell training, consider getting my dumbbell program.
