Free Dumbbell 101 Workout #2

Yesterday’s class was one of the best to date. It was a beautiful winter day with an excellent group of participants that raised many good questions during the warm-up, allowing me to delve deeper into the technical aspects of the dumbbell game which I am so passionate about. The warm-up was followed by a great team workout and the class wrapped up with a productive evaluation with the participants high- and low-lighting their individual and team performance.

In teams of two:

100 lateral burpees + 100 hang power clean into push presses + 100 lateral burpees.

You can divide the work as you like, but only one person can work at a time.

Standard Strategy: Do sets of 5 reps in everything emphasizing quick transitions - you can switch to 6-4 if a team member needs support.

Also, by simply cutting the workout in half (50-50-50), you can convert it to an individual workout.
