Follow this version if you want to make solid progress with the barbell, but can't make time for five sessions a week, or wish to reserve a day for freestyling.
4 sessions /week
Follow this version if you want to take your barbell game to the next level.
5 sessions /week
Subscribing will grant you access to both OP3, OP4 and OP5, but we strongly advise to stick to your program of choice for at least two weeks before changing to another version. Get in touch if you need help making the right choice.
