Two consecutive days from 9AM to 7PM (Saturday + Sunday).

To begin the construction of a solid foundation and to gradually delve deeper into the barbell game by providing a weekend full of learning by doing.

Three different sessions each day designed to fit 15-20 participants.

Five consecutive days from 9am to 5pm (Wednesday through Sunday). ​

 

GOAL

Putting attendees on the path towards barbell mastery and to fundamentally change their approach to training through a combination of a higher degree of individualization, more physically- and mentally challenging workouts, a broader exercise selection than in the weekend seminars and more in-depth technical explanations
