Running from 9am to 7pm and  consisting of three sessions each day, the Weightlifting 101 Weekend Seminar represents a great opportunity for those who love to learn by doing and are eager to take their barbell game to the next level. Everything we do here is for quality, not for time, and we are wholly concerned with building a strong foundation, brick by brick.

Everyone who fulfils the following requirements can attend:

1. You have a good command of the English language (unless it has been announced that a translator will be present).

2. You are free of any injuries.

3. You have a positive attitude, a genuine interest in learning, and a willingness to work hard.

The price of participation in a weekend seminar is €350.

The Weightlifting 101 Training Camp, running from 9am to 5pm and consisting of two sessions each day from Wednesday to Sunday, represents a great opportunity for those who wish to not just take their barbell game to the next level, but to challenge and propel themselves forward as athletes in a broader and deeper sense of the term.

While the sheer workload from doing double sessions for five days straight is a challenge in itself, the longer duration of the Weightlifting 101 Training Camp also allows for a higher degree of individualization, more challenging workouts, a much broader exercise selection, and more in-depth technical explanations than in the weekend seminars.

The price of participation in a training camp is €500.
